In this 6 Week Krav Maga challenge, you will learn the basics of Krav Maga! Each week, we will swiftly introduce you to the essentials of self-defense. For example, we cover distance, posture, de-escalation, and movement, as well as counter attacks. Counterattacks include punches, kicks, knee strikes, and similar elbow strikes to devastate threatening attackers. Now, we train to defend against real-world attacks. Sometimes, these can be scary and difficult, so we have training to mimic that sense of danger.
If you want to learn awesome self-defense skills and get a great workout, then this is the time and place.
Understandably, these are intense and fast-paced classes with drills to push your fitness level. However, we always train as if we or our loved ones are in danger or at a disadvantage. With the best purpose in mind, we learn to defend against multiple attackers, too.
At the end of 6 weeks, you will take and pass a test on the Level 1 material. You will have gained essential Krav Maga skills to be able to defend yourself and your loved ones, for instance. After that, you will be qualified and encouraged to begin classes in Level 2. We hope to see you in the challenge!
