In Level 4 you will begin learning how to address attacks involving weapons such as knives, sticks and guns. You’ll learn more advanced ground fighting techniques and how to counter attacks from trained assailants.
Drills continue to become more complex and varied, including weapons and multiple attackers.
Knife defenses include counters to slashing attacks, overhand, underhand and straight stabs. Training an average of 2 to 3 times per week for about 1 year will prepare you to take the test for moving into Level 5 (Brown Belt).
