This curriculum includes additional punches and kick combinations and more defenses against punches, kicks, chokes, bear hugs, headlocks and hair grabs. At this level members will train in more “disadvantageous” positions as well defend against knives, guns, and sticks. Members who train two to three times per week should expect to be ready to test for Blue Belt in nine to twelve months.
