M.O.B. (Matt O’Brien) Fitness recently joined the Krav Maga SF team to provide San Franciscans the most effective 4-week Muay Thai bootcamp in the Bay Area. The next boot camp begins JULY 5 and runs Monday through Friday, from 6am to 7am.

The class begins with a ten minute stretch and jump-rope warm up followed by 50 minutes of a progressive curriculum that will sculpt and tone your body as well as teach you authentic Muay Thai (Thailand fighting) such as proper kicks and punches.
