The Kettle Bell was originally developed in Russia as a form of strength training for athletes and military. It is a dynamic tool that moves and rotates within the hand. The kettle bell’s offset center of gravity demands constant control and concentration from the student and is a highly effective tool from developing strength and power.
In Kettle Bag, the class starts with 30 minutes of strength training exercises with the Kettle Bells and ends with 30 minutes of heavy bag training.
In Kettle Conditioning, kettle bell exercises become the focus in conjunction with burpees, bear crawls, squats, box jumps and intense core training.
These two classes are designed to increase student’s strength, power, and overall cardio performance.




This is a class for members to work on breathing techniques while increasing strength, flexibility and blood circulation.




CrossFit is a strength training and conditioning program that is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. CrossFit scales load and intensity as the member gets in better shape. Pull-ups, push ups, dead lifts, sit ups, burpees and incline runs are just a few of the exercises incorporated in any given CrossFit class.




This beginning level fight class is designed for those members who want to experience fighting in a step by step, methodical, non intimidating fashion. The member will learn the essential strikes, blocks, and movements of Krav Maga. There will be some degree of contact in every class, beginning with minimal contact the first few weeks and ending with light sparring by the end of the course. This is a 6-week course with a start & end date. Check the front desk for exact dates. Students are highly encouraged to start class on the first day because each week builds on the previous week. A complete fight gear package must be purchased in order to participate in this course.


Fitness combatives class where punch, kick, knee and elbow combinations are worked on the heavy bags. Ab work, push ups and squats are incorporated throughtout the class to enhance your strength & endurance! Boxing gloves or bag gloves are required.




Hardcore conditioning class incorporating burpees, bear crawls, squats, box jumps and intense ab/core training. Heavy Bag work is also included!
Everything goes! High intensity training against armed and unarmed attackers! This class is for advanced members only and covers all the advanced curriculum including fighting, ground fighting, advanced self defense, all weapons defenses, and third party attacks and protection. This class is by invitation only.
This curriculum includes additional punches and kick combinations and more defenses against punches, kicks, chokes, bear hugs, headlocks and hair grabs. At this level members will train in more “disadvantageous” positions as well defend against knives, guns, and sticks. Members who train two to three times per week should expect to be ready to test for Blue Belt in nine to twelve months.
In this level, students will continue to train on strikes, defenses against strikes, and self defense, including more advanced techniques & combinations. Sparring is introduced on a more routine basis at this level as are multiple attackers. Students who train two to three times per week should expect to be ready to test for Level 4 Green Belt in six to nine months.
