Michael Rhine
ImageMichael has been a Krav Maga instructor since 2003 and teaches Krav Maga levels 1-4.. In addition to Krav Maga, he is a 2nd degree black belt in San Quan Dao Chinese Boxing. He especially enjoys teaching beginners and really enjoys the comaraderie of the students and instructors at KMSF.

"When you find yourself in a bad situation and have no other choice but to fight then don't think to much. Use what you know and be aggressive! Use explosive power and speed and let your instincts help you react to the moment and get yourself through it."
