Kat is KMSF's Head Fitness Instructor. She teaches the KM Conditioning, Yoga, TRX and CrossFit classes and has amassed over 1000 hours of instructor training, with certifications in CrossFit, Forrest Yoga and TRX strength training.
Additionally, Kat has studied Lau Gar, Jeet Kune Do and Muay Thai.
Kat trains and practices in a direct reflection of what she teaches. Her classes are known to push people and challenge them to rise to the next level. She also is adept at helping her students with injury rehabilitation through yoga. In her words, "Every day on the mat is a soul search and new discovery."
