Kat is KMSF's Head Fitness Instructor. She has certifications in and teaches CrossFit, Hatha Yoga, Kettle Bag, TRX strength training and KM Conditioning. Kat is a CrossFit Level 2 instructor and a certified Olympic weight lifting coach. She has also trained and/or helped train some of the top professional athletes in the Bay Area (NBA, NFL, NCAA) in injury prevention as well in general flexibility and core strength.
Additionally, Kat has studied Lau Gar, Jeet Kune Do and Muay Thai.
Kat trains and practices in a direct reflection of what she teaches. Her classes are known to push people and challenge them to rise to the next level. She also is adept at helping her students with injury rehabilitation through yoga. In her words, "Every day on the mat is a soul search and new discovery."
