Jeannette Rehbein
ImageJeannette teaches our popular KO Bag class on Monday and Friday evening and has a background in Shotokan Karate. She is committed to provide training that is challenging, effective, and fun at the same time; these aspects work together to create motivation and results.

Jeannette finds herself inspired by her students, and pushes herself as well as her students to achieve goals and improvement. In her words, " Training becomes effective when you reach your goals. And if you're having fun while working hard you stay motivated and are willing to push your limits."
