At KMSF we offer over 10 MMA or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes.   In these classes, among other techniques, members will train in ground fighting and grappling.  The approach here is far more competition style, with specific rules that must be adhered to. 

 In Krav Maga classes, members will train in ground fighting, but within the same principles of Krav Maga Self Defense.  As always, there are NO RULES.  Getting up by any means is the goal!
