What should I wear? Do I have to buy special equipment or clothes? |

In Krav Maga, there are no uniforms or belts that must be worn. T-shirt, shorts/sweats and training shoes are all that you will need.
There are 2 classes where specific gear is mandatory. One is in the fight/MMA classes, where head gear, boxing gloves, mouth piece, groin protection and shin guards are all necessary. The second class is KO Bag. In that class hand protection is mandatory (either wraps, bag gloves or boxing gloves).
