Why is Krav Maga suddenly so popular?

Krav Maga has grown in popularity mainly due to its no nonsense approach to self defense. Extensive media coverage it has received lately is partially due to movies like Enough, Terminator 3, Tomb Raider 2 and Daredevil with celebrities like Jennifer Lopez, Shannon Elizabeth, Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Garner training in Krav Maga.

Krav Maga to me is the greatest sport of all. I’ve been training for more than 1 year and I love it. Sometimes not, ‘cause the training is too tough, but I notice that I feel a lot more sure on the streets in places like Rotterdam of Amsterdam. smilies/sad.gif
