In level one, members are introduced to a number of critical concepts for surviving physical assaults. Punch, kick, knee and elbow combinations are introduced as well as defenses against chokes, headlocks and wrist grabs. Drill and exercises are included throughout the session, where you will perform techniques under greater stress.

A number of different punch and kick combinations are introduced as well defenses against bear hugs, chokes against a wall and kicks.? Krav Maga ground fighting is also included.?

More intense punch and kick combinations and defenses are included as well headlocks and chokes while on the ground.

In addition to an intense regular review of Levels 1-3, weapon defenses are introduced (knife, gun and stick). Multiple attacker scenariors are also introduced as well sparring on a semi-regular basis.

Everything goes! High intensity training against armed and unarmed assailants. Sparring is included on a regular basis against single and multiple attackers!

For beginner level students with no fighting experience. A 6 week progressive program (check the front desk for start/end dates). Sparring is incorporated into the class by week 4, however contact drills are part of the session from the first class.

For intermediate and advanced level fighters. Boxing and Kickboxing techniques are worked on as well as ground fighting. Sparring at different levels of speed and intensity are a part of every class.

Crossfit is a collection of functional movements that are constantly varied, done at high intensity. |

Hardcore conditioning class using punch and kick combinations to the heavy bags. Ab work is also incorporated as well as the use of medicine balls and large yoga balls and burpees!

A unique and extremely effective strength and core conditioning workout using your own body weight. Developed in the United States Navy Seals, TRX strength training allows you to enhance your strength through functional fitness exercises offered in 30 minute and 1 hour classes.

Cardio and Conditioning class where punch, kick, knee and elbow combinations are worked on the heavy bags. Ab work, push ups and squats are incorporated throughtout the class to enhance your training!

Work on breathing, flexibility, joint strength and core strength. |

We offer 9 Jiu-Jitsu classes a week featuring Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and wrestling. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we offer Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes where gi's (uniforms) are mandatory to train. In the MMA classes, in addition to jiu-jitsu, striking is incorporated both on the ground and stand-up.
